Swollen Glands + Rash = ???

I went to the doctor today because I have a swollen gland by my ear and a rash, and the doctors were baffled. Apparently the rash looked like what kids get when they have strep throat. So they thought I may have gotten a strep infection in my saliva gland, or possibly it was some kind of mono. Antibiotics for the win.
